Mossy Creek – Pike Mayhem

Brothers Colby and Brian Trow started Mossy Creek Fly Fishing 20 years ago. Colby had his first taste of Ganglers this June along with customer/friends Jim Shrock, Tom Knauth and Art Webb. It won’t be their last. The MC team enjoyed chasing the Grand Slam with a strong emphasis on big pike on the fly. These are just some of the photos of Colby and Jim and we’ll have more in part II. Here’s a short quote from Colby:

“We only measured fish the entire week just to know they were over 40”. 36” and better…. lord knows! I know I landed 20 fish on 35 casts the 1st half day we fished in the 1st bay. 1 fly out day I’d say we released over 300 pike and that is being conservative as we caught them non-stop with dozens and dozens of doubles.” –Colby Trow
