Trophy Time !

Hard to believe but the 2013 season is open and rolling full force. We have been open only 3 days and the top fish is already a 48″ beastie by Ben DeBerry. We have had nothing but T-shirt weather until today and strong south windows. The end result is the ice is leaving quicker than we ever anticipated, a totally different scenario than areas south of us.

Warm temps have finally descended on Northern Manitoba. It’s been a long winter but we are now on our way to 2013 and more great fishing adventures. Can’t wait to share them with you !

3 More 48′s Added to 2012

Craig Annunziata is a long-time guest who has enjoyed several terrific trips with us. He relishes his trips and we appreciate the opportunity and faith he puts in us. It wasn’t until a week ago when checking an email from him, we noticed he had casually mentioned his party had caught not one, not two, but THREE 48″ pike while visiting us in mid-July last year. In total, his group of six had 28 trophy pike and several trophy walleyes in 4 days of fishing. Craig’s comments and photos were also in our latest email of ‘The Current’ and will also be posted soon in our ‘News’ section.
Craig favors mid-July to early August. We still have space available then, give us a call or email and enjoy for yourself the ‘Gangler’s North Seal’ Experience !

Lefty Returns

Our dear friend Lefty Kreh will be returning to Gangler’s North Seal River Lodge June 29-July with Ed Jawrowski and the rest of the gang from Temple Fork Outfitters. It will be a great week, with a combination of great fishing and excellent company. Talked with Lefty the other day and he is as excited as ever to return to one of his favorite fishing grounds, the North Seal River. We have lost count but believe this will be his eight trip with Ganglers. We are honored !
